Refund Policy

Can I return an item

  • Just Not Gifts will gladly offer a refund or exchange if an item is faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing fault.
  • If goods have been used you cannot return unless clearly faulty

 

You may return a product that has been purchased from Just Not Gifts if

  • the item is damaged or faulty upon receipt of delivery to you
  • there is a fault with the product within 7 days of receipt and (other than faults due to malicious or clear misuse of the product)
  • if the item is faulty or damaged please notify Just Not Gifts within 7 days of goods received
  • Contact us on 08 82632724 or via contact us to secure your return authorisation number.
  • Full instructions regarding returning your item to Just Not Gifts will be emailed to you. You can then return the item through Australia Post using a Reply Paid Address.

 

Refunds

Refunds are available in either money back for the product or an exchange if stock is available.

  • To qualify for a refund your item must first be returned to Just Not Gifts.
  • Following this, Just Not Gifts will process a refund. With your consent your return will be either credited through Paypal if you originally used PayPal or a nominated bank account.
  • Refunding amounts will be determined on the reason of the return
  • If the item/s were damaged or faulty by the manufacturer then a 100% refund will be available including postage and handling fee.
  • However, if the item was found to be damaged or faulty not by the manufacturer a refund will only be granted at the discretion of Just Not Gifts
